Again we had a great meal.As we are very local I prefer to collect.Food was very hot and their portions are very generous. Even passed the mother in law test and she can find fault with everything and anything.Great meal.

Ordered through the app and it stated 45mins waiting time. The email sent said an hour and 15. Its now an hour and a 40 mins, the app stated delivered 15 mins ago and still not here. Tried ringing multiple times and guess they've taken the phone off the hook as permanently engaged. Poor service!!

Ordered online with a time for pickup only to be told that it can’t be done for that time because they’ve only just opened, so now I’m sat waiting for it, whilst my children’s dinner is going cold. They also have an offer on Ice Cream, which says 50% off on Just Eat, but it doesn’t work. When I enquired, he said ‘how can we sell if for £3 price when we buy it at Tesco for £6?’ Also a really smelly man has just walked in and gone into the kitchen, he’s now come back out. Does he work here or is he a nosey customer?Won’t be ordering again, we’ve had a few problems over the years!

Phoned through order and they obviously hadn't written it down. Arrived to collect and they were nothing but rude, turned their backs and then ignored me when I asked if I could put an order in. Took my custom elsewhere and as I walked off they very loudly started bad mouthing me.Unless you like your dinner served by rude, obnoxious people, avoid at all costs!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Plympton grill. I placed an order with them this evening, only ordering 3 meals.When it arrived we were missing the large kebab. On the confirmation email I received it clearly states that if there’s any problems to call the shop direct. After phoning constantly 8 times and having no reply we ended up having to go down to the shop to complain.After turning up their response was very rude. I then had to wait a further 10 minutes for them to make the kebab (that we paid for to be delivered). After it totally ruining our whole meal , because the other food is now cold. All the gave us was an extra small bottle of Coke.It’s a shame that I can’t place a review of 0 stars as it doesn’t even deserve the one. Never received such horrendous service.

Literally can't cope with how bad these are. Ordered food and they forgot some and what I did have was wrong so I called to complain. They gave me free kebab on next order. Rang another time and explained about the free kebab to get told to ring back in an hour and half by a very rude staff memember who continued to hang the phone up on me! When my food eventually arrived it was yet again wrong and cold! Will not use these again

Just had an extra large Donner and lamb Shish for a lazy Saturday night's tea. Salad very fresh, meat cooked to perfection. Crispy potatoes lovely and tasty. Very quick delivery. Well worth the money. Will gladly spend my money here again!!!!
