Lady in Witney branch (dark hair) who served me today 5/11 is so nice. I used to dread going in this shop as the girls usually not great but the lady today who has served me before is so helpful and friendly and brilliant with the stock and customers. You must keep her makes shopping in there so much more pleasurable.

Took a pair of shoes back my husband had only worn once, they were letting water in, when he took them off his socks were wet. The person i spoke to checked the shoe and said she couldn't find any splits on the shoe. Then a younger girl came over and told me they don't guarantee that their shoes are waterproof. Well that was no help to me, they refused me an exchange or refund, so i had to take the shoes home. I told them i will not be buying from their shop again. Very poor service received! They made me look as if i was telling lies!!! Disgraceful service, steer clear!!

If your open hours are until 5:30pm & you’re closing early might be worth notifying the public with a sign to say so! Left work early and the store was closed at 17:20!! I called the store only for the call not to be answered when I could see someone in the store!
