Had my surgery 5 years ago with Professor Kerrigan and his team. To say it's been life changing is an understatement! I feel so much healthier, no longer out of breath running upstairs. I can walk my dogs without being out of breath and my knee pain has gone. Just one regret .... I had a gastric band in 2008 under Prof Kerrigan and if I’m very honest I thought it would be a quick fix. After throughly researching weight loss solutions in the years following this I have recently had a gastric bypass in October 2017. The care I have received from ALL of the team has been second to none. I’ve had a few complications but these have been dealt with swiftly and I’m glad to say I’m on the mend. A lot of hospitals will say we’ve done so many procedures etc and this may sound ‘inspiring ‘ but I think word of mouth from actual patients speaks volumes. Always professional the Team are there to work with you and towards your goal. Thankyou

Had a one anastomosis gastric bypass on 16th March performed by Miss Darrien. She was so professional, kind and caring. I had a bleed Tuesday night and was freaking out, but Miss Darrien spent around an hour with me calming me down, cleaning the wound and replacing my staples. Nothing was too much effort for her. All of the staff have been fantastic, always willing to help with questions or concerns.If you're considering the surgery, Phoenix health are the best company to place your trust in. You'll be well looked after and not pressured into getting surgery if it's not right for you.A huge thank you to Miss Darrien and the team at BMI Alexandra Hospital Cheadle for the excellent care received.

Had a mini gastric bypass Dec 2019 best thing I ever did the staff from Frodsham and in the hospital are brilliant and are second to none would definitely recommend if you are clinically obese and thinking of going down this road.
