My mother was a client of Carefound for about a year prior to her recent move into a care home. I found the Carefound staff to be very friendly and caring. They dealt with a number of difficult situations with great compassion and competence. I always felt that my mother was in safe hands and they kept me informed of any problems. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It is rated Outstanding by CQC and you can truly feel like being part of a great company, rather than treated as statistics. The management cares about not only the clients, but the wellbeing and happiness of their carers as well.

What a lovely professional company to work for. I was with Carefound for a short time before I had challenges with my childcare. The only thing I can say they need to improve on is the monthly pay. Being paid weekly would be great.Thank you so much to everybody at Carefound. I would love to come back when my situation changes.
