Matthew and Caron are hospitable hosts. Matthew is a patient instructor, guiding his charge to the production of a jewellery piece. He explained all the processes of coppersmithing and I appreciated the safety measures..

My partner and I happened upon the opportunity to book a workshop with Matthew and Caron by chance, and we couldn't be happier that we did! We joined them at Navan Fort for a wonderful half day workshop making earrings, pendants and bangles. Matthew was enthusiastic and eager to share his craft with us, and Caron's attention to detail and expertise as a jewelry maker guided us through making some beautiful pieces. I cannot reccommend their coppersmithing workshop enough!

We had a fantastic experience at Eden Pottery with one of us trying coppersmithing at the Forever Foliage Workshop. Matthew and Caron are very skilled, patient, friendly and helpful every step on the way to create a wonderful copper leaf. Your own ideas are respected and accompanied with positive suggestions all the way. Creativity is welcomed with expert eyes and hands by the accomplished blacksmith/coppersmiths and jewellers. It was a very exciting and joyful experience, especially because Caron and Matthew are creative, accomplished and natural teachers who let you find your focus and joy in working with cooper. Great unique experience. I had a lot of fun with something to show for it aswell.Also Matthew and Karen were lovely and very helpful and will hopefully see them again.
