Ecclesia Candles

I ordered smokeless pillar candles from Ecclesia and received an email from the company advising my order had been processed and dispatched on 4th July. By 9th July I had not received the delivery so contacted John at Ecclesia who was surprised that I had not received the order as the delivery company usually deliver within 2 days. He was very reassuring and advised me he would contact the delivery company to find out what had happened. John was as good as his word and updated me on his findings and assured me that regardless of what had happened to the order I would receive the candles. By 17th July as the delivery company had still not been able to determine what had happened to my order John called me to let me know he had sent another box of candles and that I would receive it today 18th July. Sure enough the candles have now been delivered and I am pleased with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. John is a true gentleman and I cannot fault his customer service.
