Knott Brothers completed a snagging inspection for us in a new build house we were buying. I was really impressed with their customer service. After submitting an enquiry form they phoned me to go through some information with me. They then sent me an example report and gave me time to have a ready through that to decide whether to go ahead with them. I actually got quotes from lots of companies, but was most impressed with Knott Brothers so went with them. They then liaised directly with the developers to book the snagging inspection in, which was really helpful so we didn’t have to organise it ourselves. The report they provided was extremely comprehensive. The report was sent to us the day of the inspection. They had noticed a range of issues (all minor, thankfully!) that we hadn’t seen, and might have missed or not noticed until after moving in. The report was sent to the developer who then remedied the issues quickly. 100% worth the cost and would recommend to anyone buying a house. We’d certainly use them again. Thank you!

The tiling company came to have look at our ensuite where there was a hidden crack. The repair man said whoever did the snagging did a good job. We had to refer to the snagging pictures to be able to locate the crack.Craig did a amazing job
