Recently had a clearout of the loft and came across my old Epson SX600FW multifunction printer that must have been up there for the 8 years since last time i moved, the print head was clogged/not working before i moved but didnt want to throw it away. Got it down and it was extremely clogged, only releasing the odd bit of cyan ink and none of the others. Not wanting to throw stuff in landfill unless absolutely necessary i thought id try some nozzle unblockerReceived the unblocker this morning. Followed the simple instructions and wow, i've got a fully working printer again, didn't even need to do a repeat.....mightily impressed.Best 6 quid i've spent in a long while

Our very old printer died, but in the interests of the planet we tried to have it mended before getting a new one. It couldn't be fixed, so no charge. Lovely people. Great service.

I had been having problems with my printer (Epson ET 7700) for some months that had not been improved by running the manufacturer recommended cleaning procedures, to the point where I was considering replacement. I emailed the IT exchange and on the basis of my story and a photo of the nozzle check print out, Simon identified the problem, suggested a fix and provided very responsive support while I tried it out. This has resulted in a massive improvement in print quality for minimal cost. Simon clearly really knows his stuff, would strongly recommend.

I ordered a refurbished printer from them online and I couldn't be happier. Not only was the printer 60% cheaper then new, but they even offered me a choice between the ones available. I was even phoned to ask when would be a convenient time to deliver the printer, which was really helpful. My model came with full ink tanks, which has made this purchase really worth it. The printer is basically brand new and I am confident I have been sold a good product. Thanks very much!

Great service and very good ink cartridges to use also have use there printer cleaner for my printer it is now back to normal first class
