What a lovely way to end my holiday with a VERY TASTY soirée here in Southsea. I looked on line and read about this restaurant...You want a Michelin style restaurant without the Michelin style prices? Then come here.Right from the start, we felt welcomed. We took a seat close to where we preferred, I forgot my reading glasses and the staff actually gave me some to use so to read the menu.From starter to main, they were so attentive and the soirée, lasting a while, became a grand part of my final holiday memories. The food was delicious and a huge thank you to the chef, to the waiter and floor manager and hope to see you next year.

Comfort food with a great atmosphere.We came here because of the good reviews and I can confirm that the food is very good and the atmosphere is great.We tried booking on a Saturday evening and were told that they were fully booked until 8.30 pm. Undeterred, we still came here and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the price.

The food is amazing here, they have a large selection of curries to suit all tastes. The staff are friendly and helpfully. I would recommend to reserve a table as it is always busy.

Came here with my family. £12.95 per head for starter main course and rice or Nan bread didn’t seem too bad. But the service isn’t exactly the best. We had all finished our starters after having waited for about 25 minutes then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the main course to come. I didn’t realise it’s this hard to cook a few curries. The food was overly decorated which was definitely in compensation for the small portions they provide. Would not visit again unfortunately was a huge let down

Absolutely brilliant. The best Indian dining experience in Albert Road. Excellent staff. great food and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
