Great service delivery is always excellent. Only problem is navigation of your website wouldn't accept international zip code disappointedly as I had to use royal mail instead.

Evri is an awful courier, 2 out of 2 parcels have been lost, no answer, no responsibility, no customer service, it is a phantom company who can not be held responsible for anything and they don't care about their customers. Shameful company! NEVER USE THEM!!!

It is impossible to speak to any human in this company, Even if you have a parcel issue. I need to change the address as I have entered it incorrectly, there is literally no way to do this. It says to contact my retailer but my retailer is telling me to contact hermes. It feels very unprofessional being handed back and forth like that and not being able to resolve it. If I was able to talk to someone this issue would be resolved much quicker. I can't use Hermes contact us section because its just a bot and I can't get through to a human
