Extremely pleased with Hastings Taxis. Booked them for airport pick up and return and immensely impressed on their prompt arrival and pick up , credit to the drivers for their service very courteous and helpful. Had a text prior to my landing with car details and driver name will definitely use again as the service , price and reliability was on point .

Used Hastings wheelchair taxis for myself and my husband. What an absolute gem the driver was. The service we received was impeccable. Arrived on time. Was extremely patient and caring and made sure we were safe and secure in the taxi. I can’t recommend them highly enough and the driver went above and beyond to help us. Most definitely a 100% rating. Well done Hastings you should be proud of yourselves.

After a horrendous day trying to get home when most trains had been cancelled due to the weather, Hastings Cars got us the final 100 miles safely. The driver was a lovely, friendly young man and we would definitely use this company again if we were in the Preston area

Kamran of Hastings Taxis came to our aid when we were in desperate need. Our disabled adapted vehicle was in for repair an our eldest son who lives down near the south coast had emergency surgery in the early hours of the morning. Our youngest son drove me down to arrive at just after 5am. We were told surgery had gone well. My husband was at home being looked after by family. By lunch we we're told he had two days to live, my husband needed to come down. Kamran brought him down Friday approximately 6pm. He was fantastic left his details with us for the return if needed.>> Little did we know that a city as large as Southampton couldn't supply a taxi with a ramp suitable for a wheelchair. We called Kamran and he agreed to collect my husband up the following afternoon, Saturday. We were unable to leave the hospital and spent the night in a side family room on our sons intensive care ward, my husband on a comfy chair and myself on a 2 seater sofa.>> When Kamran arrived to collect my husband on Saturday afternoon he was amazed and shocked at what we had been through. I was just thankful that Kamran had agreed to come and take my husband back home. He had seen our son, who thankfully pulled through. Kamran was a gentleman whom showed genuine concern for our feelings. He called me to tell me my husband had just got home and gone inside.>> Thank you for your kindness and consideration. VIckie

This company came in took me for Manchester Piccadilly to Glasgow on behalf of cross country trains the service was at the highest quality possible. The driving loaded my mobility scooter in the rear with the care, I transferred to the front chair and had one of the most enjoyable journeys for many years. It felt like having first class chauffeur service for the entire journey. THANK YOU

Well done Hastings, couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service we received. Picked up all 22 of us to and from the airport.They kept in touch by WhatsApp, turned up on time and were very helpful. Very good on price, pleasant staff and a clean bus can’t praise them enough. You are now our first choice of any trips.

We were picked up at one point and taken to a race meeting. After the meeting we went to a pub and phoned Hastings and asked to be picked up at certain time. The driver (Kam) let us know that he had arrived and told us not to rush just come out when you’re ready. The weather was really bad with rain and Kam that he would drop us all off at at our homes then we wouldn’t get soaked. This is a 1st class service and I would recommend them to anyone…..thanks Hastings.

We had Akil as our driver twice, what an absolute Gentleman. My husband sat in the front and they had a great chat together and before we knew it we arrived at our destination. Akil loaded and off loaded my wheelchair and he even helped me get in and out the car. We Highly recommend this car service. Alison & Ken Todd
