THIS IS A SCAM! I booked online & payed £65 for go-carting. When we arrived, the place didn’t exist. Went into the pub across the road from the given address & was told there has never been any go-carting track around that area. The address given took us to terrace houses of offices. I rang time and time again on the day and have been doing for the past few week and have gotten no answer from them.

I booked the off road go karting for my husbands birthday. On arrival there’s plenty of parking, toilet facilities and food/drink/seating area. You’re given a safety talk which I felt was great as it quickly made sure people understood how powerful the karts are and stops you rolling the kart as soon as you get on the track and you’re fully warned of any rules you need to know about that will get your time cut short. It’s a short walk over to the track where there is a safe area for spectators to watch from and anyone taking part is given instructions on how to use the karts. You are given 7 minutes to take the karts out to get used to them before your timed lap, which I thought was good. Everyone loved it and said they would do it again in a heartbeat.THE NEGATIVES:I called for information before booking to ensure I didn’t waste any money. I asked if anyone backed out would I have to pay for them. They said as long as we told them before the event and had the minimum group of 6 paying and participating then I would be refunded for say the 7th participant if they cancelled. Unfortunately this did happen and I was met with backtracking and quite hostile emails back and fourth. It was over a months notice before the event. They did finally agree to refund.Secondly, considering you’re paying £55 per person at attend, I would expect clean overalls and safety equipment for each party. The equipment and clothing is dirty,wet and thrown on the floor for the next team to pick through and try and find the correct size. I don’t think it would take much to have them on a rack and enough clean size options for each time.
