Exmoor Heating Fuels

This company have helped us out since November 2022 when the company were using let us down massively. We phoned up they sent out emergency fuel in November so we were over the moon we ordered fuel 4 days ago with a 10 day wait for delivery, well it was delivered today 6days early and the delivery drivers were absolutely brilliant helpful and very professional the company should be proud of their drivers they will go above and beyond to help.The kerosene was also cheaper than sites that compare prices defo worth the change.And Exmoor heating fuels the lads defo need a drink chucked there way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't thank Matt from Exmoor Heating enough - today he was a hero!!!!My elderly mother had been with Certas for over 20 years. Last week when I was notified she'd run out of oil (due to being taken off their automatic delivery system) I ordered more kerosene through them with a delivery date being 10 days later. Despite it being mid Feb, her age and vunerability, it was impossible to get hold of anyone at Certas to improve upon delivery time.Today at 8.30 I contacted Exmoor fuels - by 11am I had a call to say the oil tank had been filled and Matt dealt with the boiler so there's now heating and hot water.I can't thank them enough - fabulous service x

What a fantastic company, not having bought heating fuel previously, took my order, delivered the next day, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Just what you want when you're inexperienced in purchasing a product you know nothing about. Oh, and did I mention, did NOT want payment in advance. Great company and wish Matt all the success in the future.

Highly recommend. Very prompt delivery and personlised service and at a competitive price. Best for oil in West Somerset and when you get service and prices that they offer, no need to be in a oil buying club.

Outstanding Service - I called Exmoor heating fuels having never used them before. They came highly recommended by other locals in the area. My previous supplier had not got back to me on my enquiry and I am at home with pneumonia and bronchitis, running very low on fuel. I explained the situation to the gentleman who answered the phone and without hesitation he told me that whilst he had just left the area, he would turn round and come back. Within half an hour of the call, I had a full tank of oil. I am not sure how that kind of customer service could be beaten. Absolutely top notch! Thank you so much Exmoor heating and fuels. Very grateful.
