Lema’s UK division provided all of the fitted wardrobes for the scheme, using the finest Italian materials, and we are very pleased with the final result. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Tranquil Gardens – We have been privileged to work at Lincoln Square helping develop and maintain the communal gardens and have worked on some of the private penthouse gardens which have stunning views across the London skyline.The management and staff at Lincoln Square are welcoming and professional. We have worked on many prestigious buildings across London and I would not hesitate to say this is one of the finest.

Lincoln Square is a beautiful new development in the heart of London with second to none to amenities and finishes. You can’t deny the spectacular views of the skyline and friendly staff. Definitely tecommend visiting!

I was lucky enough to recently visit Lincoln Square, as Smartcomm were the specialist contractor for the project. It is stunning. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the design is on point and the location is a mere walk away from Oxford Street, yet remarkably peaceful. It is built around a delightful central courtyard, great for natural internal light. The apartment I visited was superbly finished to a high standard in terms of design and technology. In fact care has been taken with the finish of the whole development. As well as the Audio Visual, lighting and home automation solutions in the apartments, Smartcomm installed the various audio visual, lighting, unified communication and control systems in the rest of the amenity areas, which include a luxury cinema. The cinema boasts a 4.5m wide screen and a 9.2.6 Dolby Atmos 3D surround sound system. I had a little sit down and a coffee just to try things out. And yes, it is as good as it looks. A very lovely development all in all.

We’ve worked extensively within the development, delivering cleaning and deep cleaning services throughout. This building is finished to a high standard and with a fantastic array of amenities for residents. The management take their responsibility toward cleanliness (particularly during COVID-19) very seriously. A particular mention must go to Stephane and his team, who clearly have a genuine care for their residents and guests.

We are proud to have been involved with recent works at Lincoln Square. We installed a luxurious Broadloom carpet and Rubber sheet on all floors from ground to level 9. We are really proud of our installation within this fabulous building, the end result is stunning, lucky residents!

Great People and a quality build. The Project and service team including aftercare have been fantastic throughout the lockdown (since March) and nothing was too much trouble if there was an issue, which must have been difficult with no help externally. I'm not sure why someone would criticise 2 people by name, my experience of them was second to none. Keep it up everyone, i love the building!!

I have lived at this apartment for three years. Recently, the rent price was raised by more than 45% in a year, although the referenced price index rised only by 14%. The amenities and concierge service are good, but I doubt it's worth the raised rent, so have to consider moving out. Regarding flat conditions, a detailed comment posted by SswusS provides fact-based helpful information. Just in my calculation as of the end of 2022, £3000-3400 for a studio, £3500-4000 for a one-bed and £4500-5000 for a two-bed would be reasonable rent price ranges, considering recent central London rent market.And, also I have to mention frequent hot water and water leaking issues of shower room, definitely improvement is needed.

Amazing place, hard to believe this is in the middle of central London. Swanky interiors, great concierge team , great amenities, and outstanding location being a stones throw from Covent garden but also in the quiet area near Lincoln’s Inn Fields park. Can’t think of a better place to live in Central London!
