G's garage

I went to get my bike tyres changed this week and met Graham & Jess for the first time, they are really friendly and obliging. Graham got on with the job quickly and efficiently, did a couple of other jobs on my zzr 600 too while Jess provided me a chair and a nice brew! Nice people and very good value for money.

Have used graham for years for my enduro motorbike. Goes above and beyond everytime, very knowledgeable, friendly and dosent charge you a fortune unlike alot of garages out there! Can get you all sorts stocked in from tyres,oils,filters,helmets and much more I highly recommend graham we need to keep guys like this in business top bloke.

worth the trip from Liverpool to get my front tyre looked at G is a G and a top bloke.even better my bike was ready for 2-3 hrs and i was just sat chatting as the guys down hear are awesome and welcoming.

Well what can I say? Attended to ask advice around tyres, which was straight forward and without any obligation or charge. Ordered a set and booked in for tyre change and service.That's where the adventure began!I planned to leave the bike with Graham and collect later in the day, but No! I was quickly offered a chair and a brew, plus offered the chance to see a master at his work.Graham explained everything he was doing, so that in future I could complete this complicated task myself (no chance!).By this time I had taken both Grahams' and Jess' morning up, plus there was a queue of other customers waiting for the 'Paul Daniels' of the motoring world to work more magic.Riding home safe and in the knowledge of a job well done, was the other fact that 'G’s Garage’ is the absolute opposite of 'Money Makes the World Go Around'.Thank you I wont go anywhere else from now on.

So what can I say?I rang about 6 different places to get a new chain and sprockets fitted as I was in dire need of it being replaced, all of which gave me a prices that way way to high and a wait time of far too long, (one place told me late august would be the first availability) when you've got a baby and on the way and work to get to and from, it's just not an option to wait so long.When I rang G's he went above and beyond to get it sorted out for me, I rang on a Tuesday and got it sorted on the following Friday, I finish work at 4pm and he stayed open to get this sorted for me. I arrived at around 5:45pm and him and his other half gave me a warm welcome and much needed cold drink.He finished the bike he was working on and got straight on with mine, whilst he was working on my bike we had a good chat, he gave me some really good advice, moved my front L plate so it wouldn't wear the paint off my front mud guard, sorted my rear suspension ,showed me how to do a couple of bits (tightening my chain, how to correctly apply chain lube etc), gave me some general advice on my bike, checked my tyre pressure and told me what I need to get sorted out.The next thing I knew he had finished and the bike feels buttery smooth. This was my first time coming to G's and in all honesty I will always come back after the service I have received. When you read the reviews on here they are 100% justified and I have come away absolutely over the moon. I can now relax and enjoy riding my bike.I would recommend G's garage to anybody (he also does cars) and there is simply no way I'll be going to a different garage for any work I need doing, the price was the best I'd been quoted out of the places I'd rang.Honestly if you are needing any work doing and you are reading this review then give G's a call and I can guarantee that you will be more than happy with the service and the customer experience. It's a well and truly deserved 10/10 from me and like I've said I'll never go to a different garage after going here for the first time.To G and his other half, thank you so much for the warm welcome, the advice and the service I've received.I'll see you sooner or later about getting new tyres and fork seals!

Stopped in to get a few parts replaced and after some great advice I sourced my own parts and returned to have them all fitted. After it all going to plan, came across a small hiccup after I purchased a slightly different set of handle bars but it was not a problem as g took the time to over come the issue with some quick thinking.I cannot recommend this place enough. Was given my quote and returned a few weeks later to still be charged what was said at the door. Both couldn’t t do enough for me whilst I was there brews and offered a seat, her ability to make you feel welcome was fantastic. while I watched and waited.If you want work doing and you want it done properly first time and at really really fantastic prices get on the phone and see what they can do. I won’t go anywhere else now for all my motorbike needs.

A brilliant family business Graham and Jess are brilliant at what they do.they always put the customer first and look for the best prices to suit the individual I’ve used Gs Garage quite a lot and would never consider going anywhere else!

Can not recommend Graham enough, I've been using his services for around 5 years, he's done all my tyres and services, always been reasonably price. He recently went above and beyond, I'd had an accident on a country Rd, on a bank holiday. Graham didn't hesitate to take my call. Not only did he leave his family meal to come rescue my bike but he also went out of his way to take me to the hospital, can not thank this guy enough.
