One of my favourite stores. Always friendly and helpful people to ask. Good selection of 4k UHD films and plenty of offers. Wish they'd stock more video games though like they used to.

Staff are great with their customer service skills. I asked about a certain item, and was told isn't available. So I had to order online for it from their site.It is easy to locate certain items on DVD or CD, etc.

Trying to call the store to find out if my ordered arrived but its an answer machine on a loop saying the calls are charged 7p per minute, no email or any ither way to contact them. This is is unacceptable
