Simon has been great throughout, he has always kept in contact for his estimated time of arrival and once he arrived he did a great job on our blocked drains and at explaining what he had done and what needs to be done next. The use of his cameras was a great addition to understanding everything and he explains things in a way that's easy to understand, plus he spends the time with you until he feels you understand as well, great customer service and great job! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, friendly and professional service. Very swift and thoughtful in terms of service offered to fix issue with external kitchen drain. Explained problem to me and didn't patronise me because I was a woman- much appreciated. ALso very competitive price for the area. Simon used a camera to get to the root of the problem rather than just fixing it. Much better service than others I have used in the past. Highly recommended,

I honestly cant fault Simon and Sam, from start to finish top notch Service, the effort they put in was outstanding. Throughout the work carried out on the large job in the celler at my home, they communicated everything. They were friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Sadly for me I only found the company after 2 other people had let me down, I wish I had used them from the get go.

Simon was absolutely brilliant supporting us with replacing our drain pipe which was overdue a replacement. We were new home owners so this was something that we were quite unsure about but Simon put us at ease and was very reasonable and explained to us about everything he was doing and gave us the best prices possible for the works needed and was always available to be contacted to ask questions we had in the meantime. Would recommend to anyone in the local area!

I arranged for Simon to sort a drain problem in our local church (Wigton Moor) car park. Lovely guy, efficient and utterly professional. Great value and I’d have no hesitation in contacting him if I have a personal drain issue. Can’t recommend Simon too highly.
