A group of 11 Staff from various southern wetland centres gathered at our HQ in Slimbridge for a food safety update hosted by Melissa Thompson the Managing Director of Safer Food Scores, our food safety and health and safety consultants and auditors.Altogether a very worthwhile course and experience to see the Slimbridge Wetland Centre.Melissa is a superb trainer, lecturer and delightful lady and so worth belting down the M4 for!

Our Trade Association has worked with Melissa Thompson and her team at Safer Food Scores for over 10 years, with the team at SFS supporting our members in all aspects of Health and Safety advice. The advice is always concise and easy to follow and our members always receive a call the same day. As an association we work with a Primary Authority to support our members with Trading Standards, Health and Safety and Food Safety, SFS created and prepared all the guidance, and update this regularly in line with legislation to ensure our members stay compliant.
