It’s a rip off . They will charge you minimum £5.50 for one A4 paper and I must add they add VAT at the end. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to fo anywhere else but please do yourself a favour and don’t go to this place if you value your money . So they charged me £8.20 for 5 pages of black and white print of A4 paper . The worst printing place I’ve ever been to . Just to add it was just a cv so it wasn’t anything fancy or a glossy paper or anything special !

Excellent service. I needed several A4 high gloss flyers printed at very short notice. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure the final version was exactly what I needed. Printing is expensive anywhere in London however if you are looking for quality work & professional service I would recommend!

Absolutely awful first experience with Prontaprint and will not be going back. Staff are unbothered and sneaky. Sandy quoted me one price on the phone and offered to cut and bind my document. Not only did I have to wait much longer than the time I was told to collect, I was charged a VERY different amount than what I was quoted on the phone. The explanation for this was i sent the updated quote to your email" - which isn't true as I would have not proceeded. The following excuse was "there's an extra charge for binding and cutting." You should read the reviews your customers take time to write. And when replying them, please do not lie.No quote was given to us via email, neither was this communicated to us. Neither did the client leave happy… check your cameras before false accusations. Highly avoid this place! Snappy snaps on the high street is great

Excellent printing services. I've asked for 40 QR codes to printed on sticky paper and they delivered everything in an orderly fashion. Would definitely come again!

These guys are awesome I believe I was served by Amy. I needed to get an A1 poster printed as soon as possible for a presentation and she got the job done on the spot within 20 minutes of letting the A1 poster dry I was on my way. Definitely recommend them to anyone especially students near Baker Street who need to get posters or large paper format work printed. They are very friendly and willing to help. Just a quick note avoid snappy snaps near Baker Street terrible customer service and attitude towards customers.

The Good: Quality paper and prints, kind, welcoming staff.The Bad: I came in with a specific requirement to print graduation certificates edge to edge without borders. The staff member advised me how to adjust my design in order to achieve this. I went away for an hour, sent back my designs and specified once again that I wanted the certificates without borders. Came back later only to find our certificates printed with a massive border. But instead of admitting the mistake the staff member tried to blame it on me, saying she didn't see the email that specified that I wanted them without borders, even though we discussed this a few hours ago at length and I specified it in my email again. Anyways, she eventually re-printed them. I left happy despite the mistake.The Ugly: the number of certificates printed out was exactly the amount we sent for printing. The faculty signed all the certificates to present them at the graduation ceremony the following day. To our complete shock one certificate was printed in a duplicate and one certificate was completely missing. That caused quite an embarrassment at the ceremony.

Daylight robbery.£6 for one page. Then 0.25 / page. Let's do the math. That's a minimun fee constituting 24x of the normal price of a page. It is outrageous. Never going back to this place.
