James helped me massively when training for my marathon, I was getting pain in my ankle when running or walking long distances for over a month. I was diagnosed with tendinitis and with some simple exercises and massage I was able to get back running. Would 100% recommend!

James, what can I say about him. Been having clicking pain coming from my knee for years. Within the appointment James identified the cause, performed some manual therapy/massage on me and I left feeling the best I've felt in years!Highly recommend this company!

Amazing company. I had awful knee pain and within minutes James was able to diagnose and treat my issue. He also gave me home exercises which have helped massively. Great service. 10/10

I don't normally leave reviews but I've had sciatica for years. James checked me out and gave me some exercises and hamstring stretches and my backs the best it has been in years
