As first time buyers we were very new to the buying/mortgage process but Marta and the team were extremely helpful and responsive and took us through step by step. They made the process so easy and seamless from start to finish and relieved us of the stress sometimes felt when buying a house.They found us a great mortgage deal and advised on the best foot forward when thinking about terms/deposit etc.Marta is so friendly, professional and approachable and I would 100% recommend Positive Advisers.

This is my fourth or fifth time if using Marta and her team to arrange my mortgage product. Marta was exceptional as always and made organising my re-mortgage so easy. We had lots of communication from both Marta and her team at Positive Advisors in the early stages of getting the offer set up and legals instructed. We didn’t want to complete until some months later to tie in with our early repayment period on our existing offer and as that period was approaching (which was also very close to the mortgage expiry date) we started to get correspondence again. There seemed to be good communication as well between Positive and our legal advisor which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marta and her team at Positive - they are brilliant!
