I am so shocked. I went in because there was a £40 cut and finish deal. Now my hair is curly and thick so I immediately told them not to worry if they couldn't do a finish- it happens. I asked for some layers to shape my hair as it was top heavy and what I got was a 10 min sloppy cut at which the bottom half of my hair was literally ignored and not blended and horrific diffuse. I ended up straightening my hair when I got home so I could see the situation clearly and it was worse than I thought. Will not be going back and once again disappointed at the lack of education of a professional" salon about curly hair... This only gets an extra star because the hair dresser was friendly."

I visited the salon last weekend to see the amazing Tomm for a long overdue cut and ready lights, which was the first colour I’d had in years!I’d already had a very in depth consult with Tomm a few weeks before, when we had the best initial chat. I knew from that first visit that I was in expert hands. He took the time to understand not just my hair, but my lifestyle and how I wanted to feel. All crucial questions that I’d never been asked in the many consultations I’d had in the past with other stylists.I am beyond delighted with my new hair, Tomm is a hair genius and at the very top of his game, and I can’t wait to return. A special mention also to Jan, the lovely “Front of House”. Such a lovely memorable visit, and I feel like a million dollars.

I have visited this place many times. I used to get my hair done at their sister company, HerStyler in Wandsworth, but pandemic affected business too much do they consolidated and familiar faces run the shop. The service is great, the prices are worth for the expertise you get & its on the High street so it's easy to get to. Will be back again

I had my hair washed and blow dried yesterday by trainee hairdresser, Neeve. She did a beautiful job! She received wonderful support and encouragement from her colleagues while she was doing my hair, which was great for a trainee. Lovely salon atmosphere and great results. Have had my colour done at this salon before and had excellent results.

Been coming to Lloyd and Tom for the last 15 years, would never choose to go any where else.Best cuts, colour, treatments and service. Highly recommend them to help you take care of your hair and the health of your hair!

Absolutely love this place!!The hairstylists were super nice to me, and gentle with my hair. They gave tips afterward for home styling. I am in love with my cut, and definitely will be coming back later should I need another cut again :) Special thanks to Hailee and Lloyd (hope that was spelled right!)

Had my hair cut and styled by Halle today(over looked by Tom). What an amazing experience! From start to finish Halle was wonderful and very attentive. So happy with my cut and learned a lot about what actually suits me. Thank you Halle,you made my day.
