The process was really easy. I got all the details via the website and all were very accurate. When I got to the office I was met wby friendly staff and the process of how to retrieve my report was explained to me clearly. I did have problems retrieving my document but it was more about my internet connection than anything else. 5 start service, plus a great excuse to visit London for a day or two.

The only complaint I have: no espresso while waiting ;-) Otherwise perfect service, very nice conversation while taking the prints and waiting for acceptance. Also, Mandeep was very supportive days after the process, when I needed help with an apostille.

Really great service. Super fast and efficient and great hand-holding step-by-step guide to gaining access to the final outputs. My results showed up in just a couple of hours. I downloaded them a week later while I worked on other things, but could have easily submitted my results that same day. Mandeep was so nice, he even came outside to greet me as I got a little lost trying to find the place. Highly recommend!

I was a bit excited to receive the certificate as this is a crucial document for me and Mandeep kept me updated and calm throughout the entire process. I had a great experience at Fingerprints Today. I've had trouble providing my fingerprints in the past (they're just not well defined) but Mandeep did a great job instructing me on how to do it and he collected them expertly. He collected me on time and the whole appointment was less than 15 minutes. I got my FBI response within a few minutes. The whole process was easy and seamless - highly recommend.
