Neil came the next day as promised and fixed my washing machine without any fuss

I was away on holiday when the tenant informed me that the washer was broken, I got in touch with Neil and he went out the next day and the machine was fixed and working again. Amazing service, communication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We contacted Neil as our washing machine sprang a leak from the door. He returned our call within half an hour and even at such short notice he managed to get out to us that lunch time. He was very approachable, friendly and professional. He was able to repair the washing machine there and then for a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend and will definitely contact him again for any future issues.

Had a problem with the spin on my washing machine and tried to book Neil to come out and have a look. Before even booking me an appointment Neil phoned me and talked me through possible problems and told me what to do. Just like that my machine is working perfectly again and no call out was necessary. Had looked at several larger companies after our washer stopped, all offering what looked like a cheap(ish) fixed fee repair for our washing machine that had given up. However, was put off by too many reviews complaining of months long delays for parts, and difficulty getting refunds etc. Decided to try and find a local repairer and came across Neil’s website. Called Neil first thing the next morning and he was onsite by lunchtime. He instantly had the back off the machine and proceeded to repair it with the kind of confidence that only comes with years of experience and having seen the exact fault on the exact machine more than once. All in the whole fix took around 15 minutes! You just don’t get that with bigger, National repair companies. Best of all the price to repair was signifcantly less than the ‘fixed fee’ repairs quoted by others, including the parts. Super impressed and would not hesitate to use Neil again.
