This is the fourth car that I have purchased from MCS over the last 8 years, and as always the experience has been exceptional.The staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, they are clearly passionate about what they do.Every car I have purchased from these guys has always been serviced/inspected and any potential issues have been quickly addressed before collection.Our most recent purchase needed a wheel bearing due to a very faint noise. This was not obvious to us, but we were informed that they had picked up on it, and the part was already on order! Great customer care, as alwaysWorking in the motor trade myself I have had a lot of experience in this industry over the years, and whenever its time for a new car MCS is always the first place I go toThanks again for another great buying experience

So impressed with the service and experience I had with MCS Performance when I bought my car. I was buying the car without seeing it in person and Jacob was so communicative and kept me involved throughout the entire process. He sent me really detailed videos and some amazing photographs of the car, which made me feel so confident with my purchase decision. Jacob was only a message away and was so quick to respond to any question I had. The car was delivered conveniently and it arrived looking immaculate. The after sale care has been brilliant too. got in touch with Jack and bought an audi A1 S-line last month, everything went smoothly, picked up on a Sunday and jack stayed later than closing and wait for the finance to go through with me, one of the alloy happened to have a nasty scratch upon arrival but Jack agreed to let me have it repaired and invoice to the dealership. good experience

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I was a bit nervous buying a car I hadn’t seen or test driven but Jacob was fantastic answering all my questions openly and honestly. I was sent walk round videos on the car as requested which focused on areas you would expect a second hand car to have issues wheels interior etc which were all immaculate. Jacob was always available to answer any questions I had. He gave me an excellent price on a trade in and offered to pick it up also. The car was delivered on time and in excellent condition inside and out and even had a full tank of fuel. What else can I say the car was a great price, fantastic condition and the service I received was faultless. I would definitely use Jacob and the team again and would recommend them to anyone for sure.Thanks againGavin
