We are very pleased that we chose Ewemove to sell our property. The previous year we had put our property on the market with another estate agent but we didn't get much interest. We were bombarded with letters from local estate agents promising to sell it for us. However, Khilan from Ewemove went the extra mile by popping a little parcel through our letter box. The parcel contained a book on how to sell your property, some chocolate and some tea bags. We thought it was a nice gesture and we decided to choose him for that reason.When we contacted Khilan in March, he assured us that he would be able to sell our property quickly. Early April the property was on the market and he arranged an open house for the first weekend. There was a lot of interest and one buyer in particular was prepared to pay well over the asking price. Six weeks into the process they ran into difficulties and pulled out.Khilan wasted no time in putting the property on the market again and found another buyer within a week. The property has now been sold.Khilan is a dedicated hardworking estate agent. He contacted us regularly and was always ready to answer any queries we may have had. We were able to get hold of him anytime of the day or night. We would recommend him to anyone who would like to sell their property quickly and hassle free.
