My sister in law has just had a Harvey Jones kitchen installed . She is delighted with the quality of the kitchen and particularly the level of extra customer service support provided by Roxane from Cardiff showroom and will be certainly recommending the company to her friends .

NEW KITCHEN - A big renovation project with a new open plan Shaker kitchen. From Planning to installation Emma and Roxanne could not have been more helpful. Even with 'covid' everything was on time and to plan. Nick was thorough when surveying the site and checking before sign-off and Alex the painter was a perfectionist. This is the second time we have used Harvey Jones both times we have had great service.

I am absolutely delighted with my Harvey Jones Kitchen. The bespoke elements worked wonderfully and the quality of the finish is exceptional. Jane the designer was a delight to work with and the team kept me informed every step of the process, so I knew exactly who was doing what and when, and how much it was going to cost.

From inception through to final sign-off, Jane, Roxanne, Chris the fitter and Darren the painter, have been meticulous in the delivery of my new Harvey Jones kitchen. Jane was very helpful and patient in leading me through the design process of the new kitchen. Roxanne was there to ensure continuity between all trades working on site coordinating builders, fitters and painters.Two Quality Control visits also ensured the final product was of the highest standard. The Harvey Jones Cardiff branch is well worth visiting if you are contemplating a new kitchen!

I absolutely love my new Harvey Jones kitchen!! Amber and Jane worked closely with me to come up with the initial designs which transformed a cold, dark, awkward and inhospitable space into a warm, light and airy kitchen (with utility) that we want to spend time in. The project took over a year to complete from initial design to final sign-off (August 2022) mainly due to delays with our ovens being delivered). The project was not without its challenges but Roxane was a superstar throughout who acted quickly on my feedback. Both Roxane and Jane were incredibly patient with all my design requests. I also cannot thank them enough for recommending our builder (Richard Fisher - Building Services Cardiff Ltd) who worked well with the team at Harvey Jones to make sure the project kept moving. Harvey Jones was at the very top end of our budget but I firmly believe it has been money well spent. I feel I have a kitchen that will last me a lifetime and if I fancy a bit of a change I can just phone up Harvey Jones and ask them to change the colour/handles because all the cabinets are hand-painted :-) Thank you to all involved - especially Roxane.

Our friends had had a kitchen fitted through Harvey Jones (Cardiff branch) and recommended we take a look. We subsequently had our Harvey Jones (HJ) kitchen installed in December 2016 and have always been extremely satisfied with the outstanding quality and finish of it.During the planning stage Roxane in the HJ Cardiff showroom was always on hand to go above and beyond to answer questions, arrange delivery, fitting and painting, and make helpful suggestions towards finalising the design.After some 6 years our kitchen suffered some extensive water damage. However, thanks to the quality construction of the kitchen, the patience and continued helpful and patient nature of Roxane and Jane in the HJ Cardiff Showroom, together with the meticulous work of Alex, the HJ painter and the HJ fitter teams, we now have a kitchen that once again looks brand new!Harvey Jones Cardiff branch is definitely worth visiting if you are contemplating a new kitchen; the aftercare and attention to detail are also exceptional. Highly recommended.

It's been around seven years since we had our Harvey Jones kitchen installed. We have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the cabinetry and have never encountered any problems. We decided it was time for a refresh and a change of colour so approached Roxanne with our ideas. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Roxanne was extremely patient and understanding when we were choosing the new colour and went over and above to source new handles in the finish we wanted within our budget. Cat, who came to paint the kitchen was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. We now have kitchen which looks as good as new for a fraction of the cost of having a new one installed. All in all Roxanne provided a professional, friendly and stress free service which we can highly recommend.

I've been very happy with my HJ kitchen since it was installed in 2022. And I'm equally impressed with the ongoing aftercare provided by Roxane and Tim in the Cardiff showroom. I needed a replacement front panel (to match the rest of the kitchen) for a new, integrated dishwasher and I needed it quickly. Roxane couldn't have been more helpful - and efficient. I first spoke with her about this on Monday and the new panel is being delivered on the Friday of the same week ie just 4 days later! Not only quality kitchen furniture but top-notch customer support as well.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. I am sure most people would agree that having a new kitchen can be challenging, we were having building work undertaken and were therefore, without a kitchen for several months. However, a stand out feature of our experience was the level of service we received by Harvey Jones who were always responsive when we contacted them, particular thanks go to Jane Denton and Roxane Garnham in this respect. We were also very happy with the installation/carpentry and the painting/finish of the kitchen. The quality assurance steps undertaken by Harvey Jones were comprehensive.

I've been painting Harvey Jones kitchens over the past 5 years and absolutely love to do so. The quality of the build is second to none, it makes it easy to get the best finish. I've been working along side Roxane who is just the best, has always gone over and beyond to make things go smoothly, she is a total professional and superb at her job. Jane, the kitchen designer, is also fantastic at her job, every job I've done for her has run like clockwork. Any issues, if any, have been resolved immediately, another true professional. Nick, the installations manager, yet again, also another true professional, very knowledgeable and very experienced, always sees to my needs and always has my back. It's a true pleasure to work with such an organised team.
