I was on holiday and had a fall and injured my knees and back. A friend recommended me to Lifestyle Fitness and I have not looked back. I received compassion and excellent service from the owner and was given aftercare plan.

I feel 10 years younger! Coach Joe always provides analysis and breaks it down for you to understand what is expected. One to one meetings with him for motivation and more. Standards are set high for individual and group.
