I love my perfume the staff am always happy to help you thay have a large selection of perfume and some great offers.

Visited the shop over 2 days (collecting an online order) and I commend the customer service on both days. Today, I had to wait while the lady spoke to a young man and could see the patience with which she answered his query. It was an easy wait and although she managed to sell an additional product to me, it was a well-informed choice on my part and I am very pleased with the fragrance and the lady's engaging personality which amped up the quality of service. Brilliant!

Had incredible customer service from Lara today. So knowledgeable and helpful. I hope she gets the appropriate recognition. Will definitely be back to see her! Thank you again Lara x

I was served by a member of staff called Vicky last week on Thursday (22nd July) and just wanted to point out (if you manage to read this review) that you were very helpful with suggesting different types of fragrances and describing their notes.Since I had little money this month and I needed a normal everyday kind of fragrance that didn’t need to stand out, your suggestions were helpful to the two similar fragrances we narrowed it down to price wise. You’ll probably remember that I ended up going for the less stronger scent but I can now confirm a week on.. that the less stronger scent definitely did justice. It lasts throughout my 12-hour shifts at work which is what I needed, so surprising quality for the price.Apology for initially mentioning that I’d drop a review on the same day I visited when I arrived home but I got caught up with stuff for the past week.Anyhow. It think it's one of my favorite places to be honest the staff is very friendly and gives good advises if uou are not sure what you are after just ask. So friendly in fact I might start working there

Got a good gift set cheaper than anywhere else, woman was friendly and helpful even though it was just about to close for the day

The shop is very easy to get to. Virtually a minute walk away from the entrance to the mander centre. It is very well stocked with an array of aftershaves and perfumes to suit your budget. Walked in there and was in and out within ten minutes with the perfumes and aftershaves that I asked for. On top that got great discount towards future purchases.
