One very happy young man (again) and one very happy mum (again). Diane is an amazing hairdresser and looks after her clients really well. Lovely atmosphere and it always feels like a treat.

The best neurodivergent haircut in town!I took my neurodivergent 16 year old for a very successful haircut. Diane was careful to explain everything, offered ways out of everything and seemed to have all the time on the world to make it a success. It’sa fabulous cut with no hairdryer or clipper noises. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I travel from SW London every 6 weeks to come see Tanya at Gracie J's. The staff are wonderful, my hair always looks fantastic and it is a relaxing, welcoming experience. I have recently started visiting Laura at the spa for deep tissue massages and it is a fabulous treat. The spa feels so serene and has been beautifully designed. The entire team at Gracie J's are exceptionally hard-working, kind and professional and I could not recommend them highly enough. Deserves an extra ⭐.

I always leave happier than I arrived and this is down to the friendly atmosphere, friendly banter and of course great haircut. I have always found finding a decent hairdresser a difficult thing to do, however after discovering Gracie J’s four years ago I haven’t looked back.

Wow !! Tanya is amazing. She is a fantastic hairdresser!!I am so happy with the colour she has done for me and the cut is wonderful. Great salon all round. In recent times I have had my hair cut by both Uma and Adam, and found both to be highly skilled (and lovely people!). I have entrusted them with fairly radical re-styles of my hair. They really understood my requests, and advised me fantastically well, to achieve cuts that really suit my hair type and my face. On top of this all the staff are welcoming, fun, professional. I have never had my hair cut by Tanya but I have noticed that she seems to have great rapport with her customers. All the staff work hard to create a happy and comfortable environment. Definitely the best salon I have been to. Several friends come here too and recommend it. I have not used the spa, but also heard it highly recommended.

I have been attending the spa at GracieJ’s since it opened over a year ago. The spa has a lovely atmosphere, is well equipped with relaxing decoration. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and well experienced offering a wide range of treatments which are reasonably priced. Attention to detail, client comfort and satisfaction are paramount.I recently started to go to the hairdresser’s who also give the same level of exceptional customer care. Tanya restyled my hair and changed the colour and I am delighted with the results.I would not hesitate in recommending the hair salon and spa and look forward to the experience whenever I go- Hilary

The spa is a beautiful place to visit for a relaxing treat! Sarah on reception is very welcoming and helpful. As you go in, you are offered water at room temperature or cooled. This, along with classical music and the aroma of scented oils, all add to the relaxing experience.I’ve had my eyebrows shaped and tinted a number of times by Adele recently. She has been very attentive and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results. I will continue to go there to maintain my brows. I also plan to book in some facials and massages to really benefit from some ‘me’ time!I’ve have my hair done at the Gracie J’s hair salon for over 6 years now and I have to say, I love coming to the salon too. All members of staff are very welcoming and make you feel special. I always leave feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend both the spa and the hair salon to anyone looking for a pick me up! Diane is highly skilled with hair, and her expertise shines through each time. She seems to transform my hair effortlessly, balancing what it needs with what will suit me to produce an exceptional hair cut. She will listen, understand and get to know you and your hair type, working with you to achieve your hair goals. The salon is warm and welcoming, I always feel relaxed and looked after. The service is wonderful and I always leave feeling like I'm on cloud 9.

The most friendly professional modern funky salon I've ever been too!! All stylists go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, great atmosphere while your having your hair done, Tanya who does my hair has a great imagination on styles and colours, I genuinely let her do whatever she likes, I have that much faith in her and I'm always blown away!! Very clean salon, drinks and biscuits always topped up!! Would highly recommend for any ages!!
