Julia was very attentive and identified issues with my shoulder that other therapists had not mentioned. She also explained my recent arthritis diagnosis so it made sense. I would highly recommend her service. My shoulders felt looser and I had exercises to do afterwards.

Julia has been a huge help with my very twisted lower back. I was in real pain and not able to stand up straight. After the first session, the pain had subsided and after the second session, I was able to stand and sit without my back twisting up. I shall certainly be looking to revisit again to keep things in check as I continue with her recommended exercises. Would def recommend.
