Quality Christmas trees

I ordered a christmas tree roughly a month ahead of the delivery date. I confirmed the delivery date a week ahead. However the tree was not delivered and I was not contacted about the delivery. I followed up with the company to reschedule the delivery. It was rescheduled three times every time promising that this it would be delivered. I still have no tree and no explanation as to why. I have requested a refund and still have not received a response or refund.

I was so worried after reading the negative reviews that my tree wouldn’t arrive. Lauren however was very responsive to my messages and we had a beautiful tree delivered only a day late!I think the communication could have been better on the day the tree didn’t arrive but we’re so chuffed with the tree I’m pleased it all worked out in the end!

We've ordered trees online for the past 5 years from different sites. This is the first time with this company and we chose them as more local and great prices.We ordered the 8-9ft Normann Fir premium grade Christmas tree back on 21 October for delivery 1 Dec. The order confirmation email come through with a note to say we'd receive a message after the item would be shipped.On the day of delivery we didn't receive a message as and I did get into a panic after reading the reviews here. But it looks like I'm one of the lucky ones. Tree arrived around 5.30pm on 1 Dec as requested and the tree is one of the best we've ordered.If communication had been better this review would definitely be worthy of 5 stars.

Strongly advise against using this company. Ordered a tree last week for £78. Delivery was due Dec 2nd. Came on the 5th. Tree was sold as having a stand but has no stand. The delivery guy tried to pass it off as no big deal. Messaged owner. Fobbed off. No reply on email. Rodney & Delboy but not as competent.. Was gonna refer to Trading Standards but no doubt the countless other disappointed customers will beat me to it. Avoid.

I'm very dissapointed with the order - first of all the tree came with no stand which was clearly advertised at the time of ordering, tried to get in touch via phone, two email addresses and WhatsApp however there's been no response since Thursday 07/12.Asked for a refund within 24 hours as per terms and conditions, no response once again.Still waiting for any sort of response...Tree itself is not very impressive either.

The order was delayed by a day but given the amazing quality of the tree I'm definitely giving 5 stars. This seems to be a small business and people here have given really low ratings but not sure why to be honest. Dan explained why there was a delay and was super helpful when he arrived.It would be helpful to have tracked the delivery better, but given that a single person is managing it all it's understanding why it's difficult to get back to every single customer.Great service again and keep getting high quality products to your customers!

It’s the second year I’m using this company to buy a Christmas tree and I confirm trees are amazing. I bought the 6-7 feet in October and delivery was supposed to arrive December the 2nd but I got it the 3rd. This year they probably had a problem with the system because I was not notified about delivery and I can read from others that many people have issues with delivery. I hope you will all get your Christmas tree and remember to amend your review if so. Problems can happen and this business does not deserve all the 1 star everyone gave for a day of delay.

I never normally leave reviews but the service has been so disappointing I feel that I have to. I ordered a tree back in October, as we had previously used the company before and last year's tree was fantastic. However, this year no tree arrived, which I waited around all day for and had no update on delivery until towards the end of the day. Dan is an extremely hard person to get a response from, I had no response for days, despite calling, emailing and messaging via WhatsApp multiple times. I have only just received a response which has no urgent care for customer service, so I'm sure that I will wait another week to get a response to my refund request. It would have been great to have received an email before the delivery date explaining why there would be a delay so that we could make arrangements. Luckily, we have found a more reliable company to deliver on such short notice.

I ordered a tree from this company last year and arrived on time and a lovely tree. Ordered again this year and was supposed to be delivered Sunday. However nothing showed and no communication. I have tried to get in contact with this company but still no response. I understand there can be delays with delivery however more communication would be appreciated to let me know how delayed it will be. I will be requesting a refund if no reply today and see if I actually get one!!

This is my second year ordering from this company. Last year there were no issues at all - delivered on time and the tree was great. This year delivery was delayed by day - not really a problem in itself, what annoyed me was that I communicated with the company by text the day before and was not told there would be a delay. Therefore I waited all day at home for nothing and then they went silent on me until I chased for about the 5th time. Moreover the tree was delivered without a stand so I had to panic order a tree holder from Amazon for £25 which itself couldn’t be delivered until 3 days later. Still, the tree delivered is fresh, a beautiful shape and size so overall I am happy. I think they are just a small company that struggled to deal with large order volumes.
