As a small business we're always wary of costs, so hiring the HR dept was something we deliberated about....but we needn't have worried as they've been great to work with! We've definitely benefited from the legal support and, possibly even more, we've found their straightforward advice and the very supportive 1-2-1 video calls with Michaela a huge help.
