Great service speedy repair and a really nice guy

Amazing service.Artcon Electronics Ltd repaired my Asus PG27UQ 4K Monitor and it was a flawless experience from start to finish.Many companies I tried wouldn't take on the repair due to the cost of the Monitor but, Artcon Electronics Ltd did and provided a top quality service.To start my enquiry was answered very quickly by a technician who was very helpful from the off, troubleshooting various symptoms to narrow down the fault. Once we established the monitor needed to be examined, drop off was organised at a time to suit my busy schedule.upon arriving the technician met and managed my expectations and went over a few possible causes.I received emails with pictures of the repair as it was happening showing all aspects of the disassembly along with the cause of my fault for me to inspect.Once the repair was complete the monitor was cleaned and tested with extra care taken i.e. reapplying quality thermal paste,(it's these little touches I really appreciated being a tech head).Pick up was just as easy with an out of hours time arranged for me to collect.Can't recommend this company enough. I thought my £2000 monitor was dead but now I'm typing this review on it.If you want a quality service with quality results with those extra little touches then, look no further.

Brilliant service and didn't overcharge. I am not tech savvy at all and was really worried that repairing my daughter's laptop was going to cost loads as it had stopped working. He was completely honest about it just needing a good clean (got to love messy kids!). £20 he charged! I also asked about repairing her phone and after looking into it for me, he told me it would cost the same/less to get a new phone. I'm a disabled single mum, so finding honest trades people is a top priority as many find people like me an easy target. Will definitely be using him again!

Used this company to repair my sons xbox series S and I have to stay Outstanding customer service let me know from finding out the problem to ordering the part and repairing it with pictures of how they were getting on and showed me it working fully at the end really pleased with the outcome will definitely be using this company again I highly recommend.
