This 'care' agency is terrible. Don't use them if you any any other options.One of the carers walked in me in the bathroom, on the toilet. (The bathroom door doesn't lock.)Another walked in on me in my bedroom, completely undressed, and didn't even apologise.When one of them offered to help with my shopping he repeatedly bought the most expensive item on offer, over my objections. He claimed that his choices were better than mine, just because they cost moreOverall, they treated me like a living doll, not a personThere may be some competent people n the agency, but not enough to risk employing them.
