Nice friendly owner, good choice of cars. Easy to get to via train as it is right opposite the station so handy if you are collecting your new car.

I found NTR Cars while looking to downsize my car, they had a good selection in my price range and was lucky to find this ix35 as it had only just come in. I got the price I wanted for my part exchange too. I test drove the ix35 and reported difficulty getting into 1st gear. Nathan arranged for it to be repaired but wasn't satisfied and had the clutch changed, no hassle.Nathan, Myles and Gemma were all super helpful and I was kept up to date with progress, needless to say I'll be back for my next car.

Pick my new car up yesterday from Nathan at NTR cars, a fair distance for me to travel coming from the midlands but it was truly worth it! Through out the sale he has been upfront and honest from keeping me upto date with the details of the car and to video calls to make it as easy as possible throughout this pandemic.

Recently bought a car from Myles....excellent experience all round. Fair trade in given, and a few small niggles with the new car sorted with no quibble. Knowledgeable about makes & models etc, and had plenty of time to talk the deal through. Also excellent Covid protection put into practise.Recommended.

We have bought two cars from NTR cars over 3 years both have been excellent. Even done our Mots and services nothing has been a problem if asked.Customer service is the best, we ha e just bought a lovely Mini Cooper D on pick up looked as new shiny ans serviced. And Mot for 12 months. Transfer of vehical was all done in the office on site was seamless, and Covid 19 distance observed by staff with spray and had wash available.We purchased a great warranty package with our new car for for 9 months, with 3 months free with the car. As a family we have bought a few cars from NTR. All have been good and any problems we have had have been resolved.However recently they have gone above and beyond excellent customer service.I bought an Audi a few weeks back and it developed a problem which they fixed almost immediately.However they did find another problem which did mean the car would be off the road awaiting a part.This would have caused us the loss of a short holiday as we were towing our caravan to North Wales the day after our car had it's problem.Nathan then went out of his way to find us a courtesy car that would tow our van.He offered an excellent vehicle and saved our holiday.He didn't have to do this, he went out of his way to make sure we had our few days away.I really can't thank him enough for everything he did.Thanks Nathan I can't thank you enough.Outstanding customer service that went above and beyond.
