Went for a massage before lockdown was recommended the structural release treatments with sharon.Finally lockdown eased and availability was open for a sessionFirst session was great, professional and covid safe. Id even been able too get my arm above my head for the first time in years. No exaggeration!!Booked in again soon too keep ontop of some issues but highly recommend!!

I booked a last minute appointment for a shoulder, neck, and back massage, as my shoulders and back have been aching due to stress. The staff were very welcoming and calming, which immediately put me at ease. The massage by Karina was really soothing - I could feel the stress leaving my body. Karina went above and beyond to help me relax my body and mind. I left feeling very peaceful, smelling of the gorgeous essential oils that were mixed together by Essential Bodyworks and used for the massage. This experience has reminded me of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the little things in life. Thank you so much.

A group of my friends bought me vouchers for treatments at Essential Body Works in Newcastle-Under-Lyme for my 50th birthday. They had recommended it to me due to their own exceptional experiences. I cannot praise Karina enough. My first treatments were a Hot Stone Full Body Massage and a Holistic Facial. Today I had the Pure Indulgence Spa Package. I have had lots of treatments, usually in spas, but these (at Essential Bodyworks) were absolutely amazing, the best I have ever experienced. Karina was incredible, both in terms of her skills in delivering the treatments, but also in making me feel so relaxed and luxuriated. The value for money is outstanding and if felt like a top London spa experience for a fraction of the price. Karina was so expert and so attentive that I would wholeheartedly recommend her. I just wanted to express how truly pampered and wonderfully treated I was, and make you aware that Karina played a significant part in making my 50th so special.
