Both the Mind Professionals who conducted my two interviews/assessments were extremely friendly/non-judgemental and led me through the process very calmly and patiently. I'm sure both my time-slots overran by a considerable amount, but I was never hurried. I felt that everything I said was noted and handled in a privileged manner and did not feel the need to hide or mis-represent this information. The assessment report was extremely well written and I could immediately relate how the diagnosis was formulated from the things I had related. All in all, a very pleasurable process, and now I can ruminate on many events of my past life from a new viewpoint.

Mind Professionals were very professional, sensitive and thorough in carrying out the assessments and producing the report. They went above and beyond to provide an excellent and personalised service which we were very grateful for.

I had ASD assessment with them. The team and clinicians were very professional and respectful. I was provided timely appointment and report. My dad is not English proficient, hence, an interpreter was organised by Mind Professionals and it did not cause any difficulty to us.The appointments and assessments were very detailed and thorough. I was very impressed to see the report. The level of detailing was impressive, especially the review of ADOS-2 assessment was extremely consistent with what exactly happened during appointment. Most places only provide multi disciplinary team of 2 clinicians, but Mind Professionals provided a team of 3 experts. I would definitely recommend Mind Professionals.

What a clever bunch of people.They managed to unravel and understand my 53 year old wife with care, understanding and attention to detail. From the very first phone call we felt in safe hands. We weren't actually asked for payment until all questions had been answered, forms had been filled in and appointments had been booked.We were apprehensive due to the 50 odd years of masking and really worried my wife would be truly seen and understood. They are very good at what they do and were utterly professional throughout the whole process.We can't recommend this company enough.
