Absolutely fantastic service, really couldn’t fault these guys. Brought my car in Thursday morning really bad suspension damage and John made sure the job got done by Monday even though they had quite a lot on. Prices where spot on, and would recommend anyone for them to work on your car. Thanks very much!

Turned up with dashboard warning light based on recommendation. Although busy John fitted me in to diagnose and replace a new coil pack the next morning. Very helpful, friendly, honest and value for money. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and cheap. Had a starter problem and they were very busy. Didn't have an slot for the next week and a half. They helped me out and diagnosed the issue quick and i booked the next appointment. I had a bad experience with a different mechanic but they were abreath of fresh air.

Have been here multiple times with 2 separate cars. Although they helped with car problems, every time I have been made to feel very uncomfortable there to the point I dread going. I went recently with a fairly simple problem and the mechanic was clearly not interested in helping. I was made to feel stupid (as I have done every single time) and was even laughed at. They are rude, very short and have no manners or politeness. Will not be going again because of this

I've been using this garage for around 7 years now and everyone there is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their work is to an excellent standard and is really good value for money and I have saved money by using EFL garage. As a woman I find that some other garages can be a bit intimidating but John and all the team are welcoming and make you feel at ease. They take time to explain the work they are carrying out, answer questions and I highly recommend them.

Honest, friendly and very helpful mechanics at EFL. Had a serious engine fault with my 2.0 Volkswagen Golf. After calling around 6 garages in the area, these guys where the only ones who said they would take a look, and repaired my car at short notice. They are very reasonably priced and included a full Electronic Vehicle Scan at no extra cost. Highly recommended for brilliant service!
