Superior Vapour Cardiff

Excellent shop with very helpful friendly staff. I recommend this shop to any vaping people passing through Cardiff or anyone thinking of taking up vaping. I am visually impaired (mildly at present but with the promise of a further degeneration) so the staff put up with me exhibiting a great deal of forbearance when I ask for help in such seemingly simple tasks like changing a coil or setting the voltage. 5 ⛧⛧⛧⛧⛧

Very very poor service from the actual store manager, can t believe the way they treat they re customers. Went there and bought a vape, they even gave me a displayed one without taking any of the price off. The guy who sold it to me told me that I have 14 days to take it back. One week after guess what, went there, there was a rude lady at the desk who told me it s the manager of the store, I asked her kindly to exchange the vape for me or give me my money back. She straight away said that she won t exchange the vape just because I want to, I keep repeating myself saying that the vape is licking and u can t have it in your pocket, so the vape was actually faulty and she knew it but just because she was about to close she didn’t want to help me at all. Really disappointed with the service they gave me so I m hoping someone will see this and will help me .

My very favourite vape shop. Charlie and Ian are very helpful, friendly and nothings too much for their customers. I have been buying all my vape, oil and accessories from this store for many years and I wouldn't buy from any other vape shop. I have just got back from walking to your store in heavy rain to find out that you are closed. I done research online and it states you are open from 9am-6pm with in store shopping available and you have failed to meet your own business hours. Just as well as being soaked through from head to toe, I also didnt get to purchase any product from your store therefore giving me no choice to turn around and walk back home in the rain. All would have been forgotten if you had answered one of three phonecalls that I made to your business and explained why you were closed. You really need to sort out your online information or leave a note on your shutters explaining why you are closed as it is leading people to believe you are open. This is false advertisement and needs to be updated as soon as possible.Unhappy potential customer

Purchased a new vape a few days ago from this shop...Two or three days after i purchased the vape it genuinley broke, the charger section at bottom of the vape had broken.I took it back 3 days after i purchased it and they refused to exchange it for me.I was very loyal to this shop and have always purchased my vape oils from there. After this experience I will not be going back....

Bought a dodgy tank from here and when I went back to get it replaced, they replaced it no questions asked and even offered to let me keep the coil as a spare. Highly recommended!

Be very careful with this vape shop, online or otherwise!Went on their website to order replacement coils for my pen I brought from them, followed the link advised by them to be the correct coils for my pen, the coils arrive and they don't fit the pen.Their response, that is what you ordered so basically, tough!There are plenty of other vape shops out there, my advice use them instead of these if you value your time, money and not been treated like rubbish for mistakes born from their own mistakes / links to incorrect accessories for associated pens!

If you are looking for great customer service and helpful people that tell the true, then your not at the right place. Also wheelchair people will have a issues on getting in without help. Been to almost all vape shop in Cardiff, this is the worst I have ever been too. They are not good at feedback and your mostly to be blamed. Go to zippecigs much much better 1000%

Was just a really bad experience, felt like there was no discussion about any of the products, and ended up with something that was unsuitable and not right.I went in looking for a smoking alternative and a vape pen was instantly un boxed, filled up and put in my hand, with no other examples or any real discussion.Went in a couple of times to amend/return/exchange/alter it so I could actually use what was recommended to me. Felt really dismissed and defeated after these visits and the sales assistant just repeating one singular sentence at me and refused an exchange... Even after doing what she said, the vape was unusable.Just been to a different store that actually talked me through what would be suitable and I'm amazed at the difference.

Bought a vape with a free liquid and bought 3 new ones said I could take them back if too strong as I'm trying to stop smoking.... went back today as the liquid was too strong for me explained about 5 times and accused me of opening bottles and gave me stinking attitude so wouldn't recommend this shop as it seems there just there for you to spend money..So definitely using another shop from now
