Excellent service. The staff are extremely helpful and very professional and kept me fully informed during the day. The report from the service engineer in his video was very informative and explained the condition of my car. The reception staff are great. Well done.

No issues with the technical service whenever I take my Jaguar f pace to the dealer but would suggest that they set expectations around time management properly to the customer. I had a small issue of replacing the windshield trim that was broken and I went for the ‘wait till it is fixed’ option that should have ideally not taken more than an hour including the complimentary car wash. However, I was made to wait 2.5 hours till it was completed. Since this was unplanned, I had to cancel couple of official meetings. So my suggestion is - be realistic when you are giving ETA for any job completion

My experience when on the premises were very good, with helpful & friendly staff, but that was not reflected by pre-visit telephone experience, which left a lot to be desired!The telephone experience almost deterred me from booking an appointment but once therer I couldn't fault the service.Jamie in Parts was very helpful and I thank him for his service.

Car dropped off Friday evening, all sorted by one pm next day. Service and rear disks, ok so payment was a bit OUCH, but everything sorted to a very high standard and a good valeting. As always a nice freindly staff.
