Rose Dry Cleaners and phone repairs

Took my blazer to this place thinking it would be OK despite the poor and lack of reviews, big mistake. Took my blazer and money when it took it in but when I went in for collection, he said it wasn't paid for. Back and forth constantly, he said we stamp all tickets as paid, if the paid stamp is upside down its not paid, if its stamp the right way up, it's paid. I don't think I've heard anything so stupid in my life, rude and all that hassle for the sake of £9. AVOID AT ALL COST, there in one a little further down across the road with fantastic service and a method where they don't stamp your ticket if you haven't paid and do stamp it if paid, common sense.

Very big disappointment!!!! If you want a professional costumer service do not go there. Literally they destroyed the suit and blazer I gave them. It should have been dry clean, however, the put into the washing machine or whatever they have there. It is smaller a lot. Not mention that the blazer has lines after incorrect ironing. I understand things can happened but the owner told us it is our fault and we need to go to the shop where we got the clothes from ?!? We wanted our money back but he said there is no much business, he does not have money. I have never met a bigger lier and scam in one. He said he does not care. Unfortunately, he cannot read labels to know how to wash the given clothes. I do not recommend it.

What a sham of a business who have the nerve to be taking money!!!!!I was overcharged by £10 and the man in the shop argued with me, called me rude and then chucked the £10 on the counter then stormed off!The mattress protector which had been 'cleaned' still had hair on it! How has that been dry cleaned????Avoid at all costs and take your money to a Professional company who know what good customer service is!

Put in new curtains to be altered.Only wanted them taken up. When collected the first time, i put them up at home and all uneven. One curtain was longer than other, and all very uneven. I took curtains back to show them. I asked for my money back as they ruined my curtains. I was told no.They said they would fix them. I let them prove themselves but when collected 2nd time, they are worse than before. One curtain is now so short that i can see out the window when its pulled. One curtain longer than the other and more uneven than before Terrible.

They will lose your cloths and not even try to help you.They mixed up my laundry and after 5 weeks, they haven't been able to recovered my shirt and I don't see how they are going to since the manager keeps hiding from my call and from my visits. Do not go there, this is the worst dry cleaner ever.
