Handed over two lottery tickets that I knew had small wins on them (I only asked him to check them). He scanned them and just asked me when I wanted the lucky dip for, then handed it to me. There you go" and waited for me to walk away (no mention of the £5 on the other ticket at all!!). I just stood there and looked at him before he finally realised and said "Oh yeah you got £5 too" (as if disappointed

Very handy shop, instore butcher is great. Some items are pricey, compared with One Stop, e.g. bread. But their baguettes are lovely! N.B. This Nisa store isn't in Wilton, it's just off the Downton Road, as you leave Salisbury going towards Downton. The map location/description is incorrect.

I understand the poor review for some of the young female staff. Which is a shame as some staff are really friendly and helpful. Management should address the problem with some of there younger staff having a negative effect on reviews and feeling of the store. Also sometimes draws attention of youngsters hanging around outside, no trouble just attracts litter. Worthy of 4 star rating for the local produce and meat quality and in shop butcher. Really is one of my favourite local stores for this reason. Also had a good £5 meal deal from here

It is so close to the hospital so while you wait for a patient you can pick up a great lunch at a reasonable price. The store us clean, well stocked, great service, prepared with Covid help.

Lovely supermarket with a decent car park and simple enough access from the main road with the extra benefit of a quiet 24x7 Amazon locker. Butcher is very good and with freshly baked bread is delicious too. Staff a friendly and take pride in their store, keeping litter and rubbish under control.

A very handy local supermarket which often gets quite busy. There is an in store Butchers which although I haven't tried myself yet, I have heard very good things about the quality of their meat. Also they have a very useful Amazon Locker system to enable you to have your purchases from Amazon delivered there or have them returned from there. On my most recent visit however there were two male staff members stacking shelves who were having a very loud conversation and effing and blinding while doing so.

[Update] Still a great place for the food shop here and there, but recently their staff are not aware of Cash Deposits for people who uses online banking (like Monzo). There is a big chance that they will not complete your cash deposit, simply because the member of staff doesn’t know how to do it and they don’t get the manager or supervisor. Despite me telling them I’ve done this before in that store with a manager.More training is needed to make all members of staff aware of the facilities that the store provides. Because the next PayPoint store is in town, which is a 30 minute walk from this Nisa location.[Original] Lovely members of staff, however prices can be questionable at times.Great location if you’re looking to do a quick food shop, or for the bread and milk run!The store is clean and sections are clearly laid out, with having seasonal items when the time comes. They have an in store butcher, who I personally have not used. But the people behind the counter seems to always be happy, and the meat is displayed well.
