Do not get a taxi from G T Taxis as they treat you as a criminal we went into the office at 6.50 pm to get a taxi and before the driver set off on the journey the fare was asked for upfront when asked why was told it was comany policy # i could understand this if i was under 30 and able to run 20 secs 100 mtrs pace or under the influence of drugs but as a middle age couple before 7pm i dont think so .i rang the taxi co when we were on our journey only to be told it was a police instruction!!! Pigs are flying .We have used theCompany before and have never been asked for money up front i dont mind it but to be told in this way is appalling.The driver would have had a 1.50 tip 10 for an 8.50 trip however as the money was demanded up front he didnt receive a tip and ive rung the company to tell them rhis and advise them of the coat of their policy ! to the driver and requst they pay hin the 1.50 he would have got if it wasn't for his employers stupidly! I also rung the owner and told him the same and advised him he owed the driver 1.50 .i will never use this company again and i hope others will aldo boycott them .Customer Service they dont know what it is !### they may realise ejrn it hits their pocket.

Tried to overcharge on 2 occasions. Dangerous driving - wouldn't slow down when asked to and very creepy drivers. Would not recommend!

just been ripped off by one of drivers told him how much it should've been but would he listen AVOID USING 18/06/2017 wont let me post zero stars but thats all they are worth

Would rate it 0 if I could. Just drove off without my friend and I and didn't come back for us. Beyond useless! Then overcharged at the other end and didn't listen to directions. Not happy

Whoever is driving reg YD13 cannot drive. Spent most of a mile on the right hand side at 15mph and then stopped in the middle of the road. Makes your company look like you hire drunks

Rude Driver! I always find Ex-service a better taxi company in Huddersfield.Why: I was parked up to a GT taxi in Wilkinson's car park. He complained to me that he couldn't get in his own car, even though I was correctly in my bay. It didn't occur to him that it is the car parks fault or that he was really really really large. With his attitude, I hate to think what his service would be like.

Mini bus driver turning into Laund Road giving me verbal abuse when I was already crossing the road.Learn the highway code please.Pedestrians have right of way when already crossing a side road!

Shocking taxi company, rude and arrogant, I rang a taxi and it never turned up, after 30 minutes I rang them back for the man to tell me the taxi had been and gone, after me acclaiming that I had been waiting for 30 minutes in the same spot looking out for a taxi and that one had not been, he told me that it had been and I was a false call and he would not send another taxi for me, i was sat waiting with my seven year old daughter no taxi turned up at all and they lie!! Even when you get a taxi from there base they are rude and you will end up with a really smelly, unhygienic, man who is very vulgar to woman! I wouldn’t trust my partner to be in one of their cabs alone! Shameful company!

Normally pay 4.50 gets a taxi on my own other week and got charge 7.50 never again total rip off.
