3 weeks ago i sent a package to surrey but unfortunately it was lost. 3 times my friend in Surrey went to the depot near his house but they can not see the package on the system. When i went to the post office they do not help me as well. The reference number is not active so no one can see anything. The problem is they did not write the adress completely and correctly. So only god knows where the package is. I m really embrassed to my friend because the items are very important for him. So what happens now!!!!! Who will solve my problem?

Parcels often get delayed by up to a 30 days when using tracked 24/48. Absolutely no idea why. Had 0 issues so far with the branch in the centre of beeston though. Its happened 4 times over 20 parcels. Not happy at all.

Very very poor experience. People who do not know their job properly is working there. There is hundred percent guarantee that your package will be lost. And noone helps you!!!!!

Rude and incompetent. Talking to a colleague instead of paying attention to the customer, he dropped the lady's parcel, mixed up her labels sticking them on wrong items and then shouted at that customer! He literally blamed the customer for his own shortcomings! The manager should have a word. We are not going back there.

Always go here to post my parcels. Won't use the WHSmith" one anymore as the staff are awful and rude beyond belief. Nice little range of sweets and a few essentials. Support local business and go here instead!"

Very friendly staff, I prefer this post office over the one at WH Smith. Get things easily and quickly done. I keep going back to them for over ten years now.

This is my favourite post office in Beeston - much better than the one inside WH Smith's - much calmer, staff very pleasant, and most important - NO Long queue.....!!!!
