Used service to move 4 boxes, digital piano and boxed road bicycle from Melbourne Australia to the UK. Absolutely flawless service from start to finish at an excellent price. Quote was actually reduced as I had put 5 not 4 boxes. Only extra fees I paid resulted from my own doing- rescheduling pickup on the morning of pick up, not submitting correct paperwork on time for export. Fees were not excessive, literally an extra $50 max. They assisted with required paperwork and were amazing at making sure all documents required at import end were able to be completed in time for arrival. Can’t thank them enough for making a stressful situation smooth and efficient. Customer support is exceptional, communication absolutely perfect. Even when issues with pick up they were on hand to help reschedule at very last minute. Very rare you can call customer service anytime, 24 hours and talk to a human straight away! Customer service were on hand on multiple occasions - helped fix order form when I messed up, - helped reschedule pick up hours before booked time, - helped fix documentation issue that was my own fault and - schedule delivery for next day after email notifying ready to delivery. All staff were friendly, funny and helped an often sleepy or stressed self get things sorted then and there. Everything arrived in immaculate condition- definitely handled with care. Thanks again Seven Seas. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be sure to use again if needed.

From start to finish an amazing service! I have used shipping companies many times and have had horrific experiences so was contacting customer services regularly for updates and each time spoke to or had emails with polite experienced staff. Shipping took two months from oz to uk door to door, very reasonable quote with no hidden nasty surprises, what a relief and everything including the crockery in perfect condition.

Worst company, worst customer service, and may be utilizing illegal ways to achieve customs clearance in foreign countries. You will lose your time, money, patience and a lot more but never get your stuff shipped to the destination. Never, again, never use this company. I would have rated ZERO star if I were able to. And I have the detailed reasons why:No pros, but full of cons:Time: promised to be 1.5 - 2 months, now almost 4 months and haven't arrived yet.Service: always asked you to write email to explain/complain about your case because customer service can literally do nothing, but never reply back to emails; customer service between origin, destination and headquarter always pass the buck to each other, nobody really does anything.Money: you will be asked to pay for any extra money and time for the problem caused by them and solutions which they don't even know will work or not. No refund, no redress, not at all.Also pay attention to this terrible fact:They may utilized some illegal way to get custom clearance, and this may already be observed by the custom in foreign countries, because recently its shipment to China has been stopped for custom clearance. You will be asked to present your passport at the custom, or mail your original passport to the agent at China to get it cleared. To ship something abroad I (or my passport) have to be there at the custom with the packages? How ridiculous?! They claimed that it is the new policy made by the custom, but the custom officers clearly pointed out that they are not using the legal and standard ocean shipping process for the custom clearance. Instead, they surreptitiously claimed to the custom that these packages are the check-in goods along with the customers who should also go to the destination (and this explains why they need the original passport). So now hundreds and thousands of the packages have been stuck at the custom for months. And the only thing they do is asking customers to ship their passports to them to get custom clearance as check-in bags. And they will never get custom clearance through standard ocean shipping process because they don't want to take charge for the illegal service they're doing. This is a joke.Try Sevenseas only if you don't care about time, money and everything else that're truly important, or you're just bored with life.

Really Impressed with this company..shipped 5 large boxes fromLondon to Bangkok . From drop off of empty boxes at workplace , collection of full boxes from home ( driver did all the lifting as only my wife there .) and delivery to Bangkok home absolutely hassle free !!!Easy to use website and helpful/ courteous help desk .Have no complaints .........would not hesitate to recommend .

Shipped from south Africa to Spain. Charged extra for overweight boxes and part of that fee includes repackaging, some items were obviously broken during repackaging. Some picture frames arrived with glass or any signs of broken glass.So many items were broken it is actually unbelievable that they consider themselves a shipping company. We paid alot of money to receive box after box of broken items, and some things were really heavy duty and well packed and would have taken massive amounts of force to break, yet they found away to break it. Would not recommend seven seas unless you are shipping iron ball bearings

Really horrible services, they destroyed all my equipment. I am not sure how they treat the packages but I am sure they drop them and don't care about them. Plus they have hidden fees ended up paying 600 euroes for shipping 4 boxes, and I got them all ruined.

Brilliant customer service! We shipped 10 boxes from South Africa to The Netherlands and it took about 3 months from collection in SA to delivery in our new home. A few glasses broken but that was to be expected. The call center and staff are brilliant and so helpful! Highly recommend.

Shipped 8 boxes of belongings from Australia to the UK including a flat screen TV.Seven seas shipping was easy to work with, communicated well and didn't present any unexpected costs, despite a delay as a result of UK customs in VAT relief applications.Very happy and would use again

I have used the company on two occasions to move within the UK and I have always been very pleased with the experience. The collection of the boxes both times was hassle-free and drivers have always been really helpful upon delivery to new address. The service is great value-for-money compared to standard removal companies. I have never been charged extra following collections and collection/delivery have always been on time. It is important to note that door-to-door" means the items will the collected from the ground floor of the building. I will definitely use SSW services again."
