We had never delivered to this person before and received a phone call ordering on her behalf, with the agreement payment would be make on delivery. When we arrived the person posting her review advised the fuel was paid for, which it was not. We believe it was reasonable to be paid for the fuel before we left it as we did not know this person or the property. When this person expected a repeat delivery one week earlier than arranged with someone else at her property. She stated she had no fuel so we offered to go many miles out of our way to make a special delivery the following morning as we were completely booked out the day she phoned, even though there had been a previous issue about paying for the fuel. She was not happy and advised she didn’t want us to deliver as we were not reliable. We don’t know what else we could have offered this lady.Having been an established family firm for over 35 years we always provide our customers with the best service we can possibly offer.

I have nothing but praise for this family business “PT Bell” the service you receive and the politeness of them are 100%. Nothing is too much trouble for them.Highly recommended if your looking for Honesty, Politeness and exceptional service at competitive prices. Thus reason for 5 Stars.

Unreliable and snotty on the phone when called out for it. The voicemail I have is not from anyone that should be running a company.What a horrible company, would never recommend or use in future.Would give zero stars if at all possible. Stay well clear.

From initial contact to delivery, they have been brilliant. Will definitely be using again.

Lovely friendly service , they’ve been fantastic with my Dad . Nothing too much bother for them and will go out of their way to help .
