When we picked up our car, Megan was on hand to help explain everything about the car her professional approach was amazing and explanation in such a calm manner was outstanding. Great service

I've recently bought my second car from Cambridge Garage and, once again, have had an amazing experience. I've had so many questions along the way, wanted to go in several times, needed a longer test drive, loads of chats, and Adam Godsalve went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase and never pressured me into making a decision. I also spoke with Stuart and Andy Axson during the process, and the whole team are always so friendly and welcoming. Our pup, Willow, has even become part of the Volvo family! My experience with the After Sales team at Cambridge Garage has always been fantastic too. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Recently carried out the handover of my new XC40 ordered at Cambridge Garage through Adam Godsalve and must say the experience was excellent from start to delivery. Regular updates and predictions for delivery. The handover day was seamless with the paperwork completed without fuss, followed by a detailed explanation of the car's functions by Megan Houghton, patiently taking us through the process of pairing with the vehicle and all the functions that the process then enables. What was particularly reassuring, after the receipt of so much information, was the promise of future instruction if the need arose. Have been a customer of Cambridge Garage for sales and servicing for over 20 years and thoroughly recommend them.

Parts Department. Served by Jeff who nothing was too much trouble for so a good & pleasant service. As I'm here I should also mention Martin from about 3 years ago in sales who also displayed the no trouble at all thing when I was looking for a Volvo, at the time I needed a specific one and none were available, I found one outside of this dealer at another Volvo dealer who also looked after me well during warranty time but they are further away. I've made visits to get a couple of bits from Havant since and also had them renew the app for me which again was all done fuss free by Saulo on the service desk.

Ross Stanton, who my partner and I have dealt with on many occasions, was very knowledgeable, professional, calm, patient, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Millie, my XC40, is an absolute dream to drive. The space inside and the size of the boot are perfect.I can't recommend the garage and car highly enough and if you were thinking of buying a Volvo, Cambridge Garage is the place to buy.

Having purchased 3 new Volvos as family cars from Cambridge, this used car was for me.The team especially James looked after me, found me the exact car i wanted, and helped to sort out a budget that suited me. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. I do not write many reviews, however I have been blown away by Cambridge Volvo Havant. Five ***** does not do them justice. Adam and Megan were fantastic their attention to customer service was exemplary and went above a beyond.I travelled from Oxford to purchase my Volvo and I am very tempted to make Havant a day out when the car requires its service.Andy the sales manager came to greet my family and ensure we had received good service.I would full recommended trying Cambridge Volvo Havant to any potential buyers, this garage really knows how to ensure customer satisfaction.Well Done team! I had such a great experience at Cambridge Garage Havant. I'd had really poor service from a previous retailer so I was nervous about getting a new car & was keen to find a brand who valued customer service. From purchasing my vehicle to handover, Ross went above and beyond for me. All the staff were great & really accommodating when I had to visit the garage with my little boy- the play area was a big help in keeping him entertained!Megan was very knowledgeable & spent so much time with me going over all the controls & setting up my accounts, even helping me to install the car seat. I wasn't left to do anything myself & this really helped to make me feel so confident driving away in my new car. Thank you to all the team at Cambridge Garage Havant, but especially Ross & Megan for making the purchase of my new car such a great experience!

My wife and I travelled 280+ miles from rural North Yorkshire to collect an XC 40 Recharge Ultimate from James and Megan at Cambridge Garage. We were trading in an XC 60 Inscription Pro so there was a degree of trust involved on both sides regarding vehicle conditions etc.After staying the night in a local hotel we met the team the following morning and the service was excellent. James had prepared all of the necessary documents and even had the car fully serviced (ahead of time). Megan sat in the back seat and carefully helped my wife and I pair the various iPhone apps to our new EV. She made sure everything worked correctly and talked us through the whole process.We couldn’t be happier with the service we received at Cambridge Garage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Anyone purchasing a Volvo here can be confident that they are in very safe hands.

Highly recommended! Took delivery of a 2020 V90 earlier this week. James looked after me very well during the purchase, Megan did a great job of explaining how to use the car (a lot more informative than RTFM on the driveway) and the car is perfect. Particular thanks for putting me in touch with a trade buyer for my rather non-standard Mercedes. The Volvo dealer experience is greatly to be preferred over some of the German makes.
