The Cave MCR

The place is beautiful, however I have had my eyelashes done from here before my holiday and the eye lashes were not done as per expected. There was a gap in one of my eye lash. I am sure if I would have gone back, they would have fixed it but I should not have needed to go back as it is inconvenient.

I have been to this salon numerous times to get my nails done, lash lift and a fringe trim. They were all good experiences. However, there are a lot of regular staff that seem unhappy with their working conditions and the good ones have left for now. I tried to come for a fringe trim and paid, however when I got there, there were no staff to do it. I was told I would get a refund and got nothing. Since the manager left to go elsewhere, i feel like the place is run badly. I have asked for a refund again on their social media and have tried to call with no luck. I will not be using them again.

My daughter went to this great salon to get her curly hair styled in braids.Mary was fantastic, so friendly and genuinely caring. She gave me lots of tips and advice on how to care for my daughter's hair.She was extremely knowledgeable and I recommend everyone goes here just for the 5☆ service alone.My daughter was so happy with her style.My daughter sat through the wash and comb of her knotted curls with no pain. Then she was happy to sit and have her hair styled. All because Mary was caring and gentle.We will definitely be back again soon.Thank you!Amy x

As someone who travels extensively, and generally feeling uninspired to commit to regular “grooming” I end up having treatments at a variety of salons in far flung places, often at the last minute !This means I can forgive a lot ( the therapist has no idea of my peccadillos and can’t be blamed for not knowing what works for me and what doesn't.) I had a cut and balayage - Neslihan was fantastic and can’t thank her enough! Brilliant customer service and really attentive. She made me feel so comfortable and was really excited for me having a hair change throughout which made it feel more special. The experience was lovely and would definitely go back - I love the end result! Highly recommend Neslihan!!

Fantastic hair cut, went in on the off chance the could fit me and they could, very friendly and professional. Did a very lovely hair cut. Just need a trim and tidy, great value for money.

Nes was absolutely excellent! She spent almost 4.5 hours on my balayage and the results are incredible, the photo does NOT do it justice! I nearly fell asleep 3 times because it was so relaxing, and the price to quality ratio of this salon is exceptional, and this was not my first time here! 12/10 would recommend to a friend!
