James has been a god send throughout moving house. James has always been professional throughout and helped us through various issues for example capping has, installing a radiator & general enquiries

Had a boiler leak which was repaired promptly and at very competitive rates. The work was completed to a high standard. This is the third occasion I've used Avery Plumbing and Heating and they've been exemplary each time. Highly recommended.

James came out to give me a quote for refurbishment of a bathroom and ensuite. We agreed a date for the work. He then changed the date due to other work and we agreed a second date. After several calls/emails,/texts he eventually contacted me to say he had to change the date again as histtiler was on holiday". Since then he has not responded to any of my calls/texts/emails. To make matters worse he "borrowed my tape measure" and has not returned it to me despite numerous requests.Avoid. These guys have it too easy. Roll on the recession when they have to actually treat their customers with some respect."

Used Avery as my normal plumber let me down.Hot water failed on property, was able to come next day and offer repair the following day. Great at responding and getting back to me. Came through at a reasonable price.Spotted a minor leak and Barry came back within an hour to sort it.Can't fault them- Thanks! Will be using you in the future

My daughter used Avery for an en-suite refit, Massive mistake. Poor service, unacceptable attitude from fitter and showed poor skills and ability. We had to stop them doing anymore work as it was going from bad to worse. A terrible experience for my daughter especially when we were called moaners by the fitter.

Have used Avery plumbing a couple of times now, very knowledgeable and honest engineers, pleasure to have in the house. Will be my first call for plumbing and heating jobs in the future. Thanks again.
